Project Co-Lead and Designer for the Women Connect Conference.
Women Connect is a significant and impactful project in Delivery Hero’s calendar. The chance to co-lead Women Connect was incredibly enlightening and gave me a deeper appreciation for how design work can be connected to the overall management of large-scale events. By project managing the conference, I gained a new perspective on effective communication, particularly through collaborating with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.

Result
Women Connect 2022 broke the records of previous editions. In 2022, we:
- Increased the number of clicks to the event page by 18,351 clicks compared to the previous year.
- Boosted our impressions by 200,000 compared to the previous year.
- Had an average of 47 more attendees for the sessions compared to the previous year.
